• The existing Temporary Employee ID from Onboarding needs to be changed to the correct Employee Central sequence during or after Manage Pending Hires is completed.
• An error occurs when trying to save without the person-id-external field filled.

1. Initiate Onboarding 2.0 from Recruitment, a Temporary Employee ID is assigned.
2. Complete the Manage Pending Hires process.
3. The Temporary Employee ID needs to be changed to the correct Employee Central sequence.

It is not recommended to change the Person ID of the employee during the Hire process, as it can lead to data issues and inconsistencies.

Ensure that the Person ID is assigned during the Onboarding process properly and not changed in Manage Pending Hires or after the user is submitted.
