Symptom

Will Attachments be purged with the Performance Management Legacy Purge?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Data Retention Management > Create New Purge Request > Purge PM or SM Data
  2. Select the Template Type
  3. Select the target template to be purged
  4. Add approver and save request to proceed with the approval

Resolution

The Attachments from the forms will also be purged with the PM data.

If the form attachments are required, they need to be downloaded before proceeding with the Purge
