Symptom
DocuSign sends multiple emails to the user during the onboarding process. The requirement is to have one email with all standard compliance and custom documents instead of different emails.

Reproducing the Issue
- During the onboarding process, DocuSign sends two separate emails to the user instead of one email.
- One email contains the compliance forms and the other contains the custom documents.
Resolution
The e-signature of compliance forms and the e-signature of the custom documents belong to different steps in the onboarding process. They cannot be placed in the same DocuSign email for signing at once due to system design.
