3589016 - Dimension members are not displayed in hierarchy in reports in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, version for SAP BW/4HANA

Symptom

  • Several members of various dimensions are not displayed in the EPM/BPC Web report.
  • The members exist in the hierarchies in the dimensions both in BPC Web Admin, and from RSA1. 
  • When a missing member is filtered in the report with Time(Quarter) and drilled down to Month, the member and the matching data is displayed in the report. 
  • Performing clearing cache does not resolve the issue. 
    - Clear metadata cache in EPM add-in
    - UJA_REFRESH_DIM_CACHE, UJXO_CLEAN_CACHE, UJXO_CLEAN_DIM_CACHE in tcode SE38.
