3589058 - Application Job "Lock Unused Business Users" Locks Users Without Role Assignments - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The execution of job "Lock unused Business users" locks users who haven't logged on within the number of days specified with the corresponding job's parameter (Number Days Since Last Logon). It also locks the users without role assignment.

When setting up the job, if "Lock User w/o Role Assignment" is not selected, all users will be taken into account, regardless of whether they have roles assigned or not.

If "Lock User w/o Role Assignment" is selected, only users without role assignments will be locked.

Select the proper option when running the Application Job "Lock Unused Business Users" to lock users.
