3589164 - Unable to open Lumira application reports that use a Universe as the data source.

• Cannot open Lumira document consuming universe data source on BI Platform.
• Issue doesn't occur with OLAP based report.
• After upgrade to Lumira 2.4 SP0 Patch 7 , Lumira report fail to open with an error.
• The issue is not occurring when trying to open locally in Lumira Designer Tool.
• Error while generating data provider:
