Symptom

  • The Comment field of a Draft change list is disabled and cannot be altered when the change list is open from the Repository Object Browser.
  • The Comment field of a Draft change list is enabled and can be modified when the change list is open from the list of change lists by selecting Repository > Change Lists.
  • The Comment field of a Draft change list should not be modifiable.
