Symptom

When trying to delete condition record in "In Review" status via VK12, the following error is raised:

Cannot delete or change the selected condition record.
Message No. COND_API204

Diagnosis
You cannot delete or make further changes to the approval-relevant conditions records that have the following release status:
Released
In Review
Rejected

Further notes
You can delete released condition records in the Manage Prices - Sales app.
