Resolution
- Is it necessary to send the DKIM information to SAP after every DKIM key rotation?
No. If DKIM has already been activated for the domain, you do not need to submit a new activation request to SAP after every DKIM key rotation, provided the existing configuration remains valid. - Can DKIM be activated by the customer?
No. DKIM activation cannot be performed by the customer. The activation process is carried out by SAP. Before requesting activation, ensure that all three required CNAME records are correctly configured in the domain's DNS settings. - Is it necessary to submit the DKIM key to SAP every time it changes?
No. Once DKIM has been successfully activated for the domain, it is not necessary to submit the DKIM information again for every key change, unless specifically requested by SAP as part of troubleshooting or a configuration change. - Is there an alternative method to activate DKIM without SAP involvement?
No. There is no self-service option available for DKIM activation. The activation process is performed by SAP to ensure secure and validated configuration of the DKIM settings.
