  1. When our DKIM round trip is triggered, do we need to send the new DKIM to SAP?
    No, there's no need to send the new DKIM for SAP if it has already been activated.

  2. Is there any alternative solution where we can configure the DKIM activation from our side?
    No, there is no alternative solution. DKIM activation must be done by our development team. Additionally, you need to ensure that the 3 CNAME records are correctly maintained.
  3. Instead of sending DKIM to SAP every time can we change the DKIM code, is it necessary?
    No, it is not necessary to send the DKIM every time if it has already been activated.

  4. Can we activate DKIM on our own?
    Unfortunately, DKIM cannot be activated on your own. It requires a dedicated team from SAP for activation. We take customer data security seriously, and all information is maintained securely to prevent any risks of leakage.
