Details related to C4C Backup location:

  1. Data Center Location: This information can be obtained following KBA ( https://me.sap.com/notes/2829404 )
  2. Off-Site Media Location: Off-site media refers to DB backup which are stored in respective Data Centre Locations, However different physical storage units.
  3. Disaster Recovery Center Location: C4C has High Availability solution where the secondary database node is hosted in same region of primary database but physically at least few miles away.
