2. Search for the SAP_COM_0109 Sales Order Integration communication arrangement.
3. Nothing is found

Scope Item 1Z1 (Digital Payments - Sales) is not active in the system.

If your system is a 2 landscape system (Test and Production environments):

• In case of 2SL System, Customer needs to create a support ticket to component XX-S4C-OPR-SRV mentioning the scope item that needs to activate. Once validating the required license for the scope item, SAP will activate the same.

If your system is a 3 landscape system (Customizing, Test and Production environment)

• In case of 3SL systems, which are CBC based, customer need to create a support ticket to XX-S4C-OPR-SRV, after validating the required license the ticket will be forwarded to component X4-CBC-PRX to activate the required scope item.
