Unable to create a Goods and Services Receipt for Purchase Order

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Goods and Services Receipts Work Centre
2. Select Purchase Orders to Be Delivered View
3. Enter the PO id 
4. Choose New Goods and Services Receipt
5. Warning message triggers

Purchase order item XXXX ignored; no goods and services receipt expected

Purchase order item XXXX ignored; no goods and services receipt expected

The under Under Follow-up Documents "Goods and Services Receipt Expected" option is not ticked for line items of Purchase order.

The issue can be resolved by ticking the "Goods and Services Receipt Expected" option. This will allow the user to create Goods receipts.

1. Go to the Purchase Order
2. Check line item
3. Under Follow-up Documents, tick the option for Goods and Services Receipt Expected
4. After ticking, the user should be able to create Goods receipts
