3589367 - How to reference a table from Loyalty when creating a Relational Segment Template in SAP Emarsys

Symptom

  • After SAP Support has activated the Relational Data feature, you will not see the option immediately when you would like to create a Relational Segment
  • To be able to see the option, first create a Relational Segment Template
  • You may find it at Add-ons > Relational Data > Segment Templates tab
  • If the Query gives a syntax error, check the character that is used as a frame of the referenced table
