3589384 - Queue stuck in decentralized EWM with error QIE_INSP_DOCUMENT 19 after Usage Decision on ERP side

Symptom

For an IOT4 inspection process (inbound inspection), inspection document is created in EWM with the code group maintained in the respective inspection rule. After usage decision on ERP side, a queue is created in SYSFAIL status in EWM with errors below:

"Decision code &1 is not allowed for decision code group XXX"
