3589387 - Custom Fields enabled for Business Context "Accounting: Coding Block" not visible in "Custom Fields" Fiori App

Custom Fields enabled for Business Context "Accounting: Coding Block" not visible in "Custom Fields" Fiori App. Known use cases:

1. A Custom Field is created for Business Context "Accounting: Coding Block" in client A using the "Custom Fields" app. Opening the app on a different client B does not show this custom field.
   
   
2. A Custom Field is created for a different Business Context (i.e "Group Reporting: Journal Entry Item"). For this custom field, a business scenario that adds the field to business context "Accounting: Coding Block" is enabled. Upon saving the change, error "Custom field was deleted by another user in a parallel session" is displayed, and the custom field is no longer visible in the Fiori app.

In all cases, the custom field is visible in the backend using transaction SCFD_FIELDVIEWER.
