Symptom

The customer is facing an issue with the "Data Storage for Planning" missing under Tenant Links in their SAP Analytics Cloud

Environment

SAP Analytics Cloud 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Administration
  2. Tenant Links.

=>Data Storage for Planning is missing.

Cause

One of the prerequisites to apply this Seamless Planning feature is that this SAC system needs to run on HANA Cloud.

If it is not hosted on HANA Cloud this feature will not be available now.

Resolution

The migration to HANA Cloud is planned to begin in 2025. This transition will be managed by SAP in a phased approach, considering capacity and the readiness of customer system landscapes.

At this moment, there is no public information specifying the exact timeline for each tenant's migration.
