3589471 - Inaccurate Data Display in "Material Supplier Part with Valuation" Report in SAP Business ByDesign

• When running the report "Material Supplier Part with Valuation", the characteristic "Procurement Lead Time" displays incorrect data (#). This behavior is also observed in the basic data source "MAT_PLANNING".
• The expectation is for the system to display the "Procurement Lead Time" in days, reflecting the current data in the material master data. However, the system displays a # symbol instead, leading to duplicates in the report.

• SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Analytics Work Center.
2. Click on Design Reports view
3. Run the Report "Material Supplier Part with Valuation".
4. Filter for the Product ID "xxxxxx". (xxxxxx is in reference to the product ID)
5. Click on View button.
6. Note that "Procurement Lead Time" column displays incorrect data (#).

• "Procurement Lead Time" column is displaying incorrect data (#), because in product portfolio Work center, under planning tab "Procurement Lead Time" the value in days is not maintained. So, the value is populating as # in Data source.

To resolve this issue, please populate data in "Procurement Lead Time" tab for affected product material.

1. Go to product portfolio Work center.
2. Click on By Materials view.
3. Click on Material ID.
4. Click on View all Button.
5. Go to Planning tab.
6. Look that there is any Planning Area ID which "Procurement Lead Time" tab is not populated. This should be populated in order to data be displayed at report.
