How to remove or update ID Mapping via Data Import tool?

SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2

1. Navigate to user profile and select Settings -> All Settings  -> Data Import and Export ->  ID Mapping -> ID Mapping tab.
2. Select Export.
3. Select the entity and the file type.
4. Choose Export ID Mapping.
5. Open the exported file. Here there are two options:
6. Update the external keys as required. Add a column with header to_be_updated in the export file and set the value as true to update ID mappings.
7. Or to remove an ID mapping, add a column with header to_be_updated in the export file, set the value as true, and clear the external key.
8. Select Import Update Records.
9. Select the entity and the file type.
10. Upload the updated ID Mapping file.
11. Choose Import ID Mapping.
