SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
- After upgrading the GUI from 740 to 800, TIFF format images attached to documents cannot be previewed online via SAP GUI.
- Instead of opening online, the TIFF format images are downloaded directly into the "download" folder.
