3589512 - Clicking My Inbox is stalling or not completing sync or shows 3 dots (busy indicator)

Symptom

  • When running My Inbox (after clicking the tile), it loads and never finishes.
  • My Inbox simply shows the 3 dots (busy indicator).
  • There are no errors shown during this time and the network trace, it simply does not finish.
    • It may appear that some notifications are being fired but due to the get task is not finishing, it simply stalls
