Symptom

When creating Replication Flow in SAP Datasphere, cannot find the expected container (for example CDS_EXTRACTION, SLT, ODP_SAPI or ODP_BW)

Environment

  • SAP Datasphere
  • ABAP-based source system

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a new Replication Flow in Datasphere
  2. Select Source Connection
  3. Select Source Container --> cannot find the expected container.

Cause

Possible Cause 1:

ABAP-based source system does not meet the requirement.

Possible Cause 2:

Code Corrections are missing in ABAP-based Source system.
