An error stating "error: Unable to retrieve idp credential@sf_idp_metadata" is encountered when attempting to access Learning in SAP SuccessFactors.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login into BizX
  2. Go to Learning or click on "View My Learning" quick action tile 
  3. Error Unable to retrieve idp credential@sf_idp_metadata is encountered

Resolution

The issue can be resolved by clearing the browser cache and cookies.
