start-date contains an invalid date format., The system failed to perform country/region-specific validation. Please ensure this record is associated with a valid Company record for the provided dates. The validation could have also failed due to the following reasons: 

1.The date format could be incorrect. Enter the date using the yyyy 年 M 月 d 日 format. 

Above error shows up when import File Locale is Simplified Chinese.
