We can make calculations based on CURRENTDATE(). However, if you allow users to change the Time Filter for the driving table to view the organization as of a specific date, you cannot drive the calculation based on the chosen date and therefore any calculations required will no longer align with the As of Date selected, so the Age value will always be the latest.
