3589617 - Table stuck in 'Calculating Access Plan' status in LTRC. - SLT

Symptom

  • The table added for replication remains in the 'Calculating Access Plan' status for days
  • No error messages are reported in the Application logs.
  • On the source system, error in DHCDCMON:
    • User SLT_SYSTEM is not authorized to use the dispatcher process
  • On the source system, in table TBTCS, field DELANFREP has value 'Z' for job SAP_DHCDC_DISPATCHER. 
  • On the source system, SM37 shows the job SAP_DHCDC_DISPATCHER is in released status with old dates.
