3589623 - Abnormal growth in table BC_MSG_LOG

It is observed that table BC_MSG_LOG grows abnormally even there is no change on global logging (xiadapter.logger.conf), ICO-specific logging (ICO -> Advanced tab -> Logging Configurations) or retention period for log versions. When checking the sync messages in message monitor -> clicking on "Open messages" button, it shows the log versions with captions like "Sender JSON Request" "Receiver JSON Request" "Sender JSON Response", not like BI, AM, MS. It's expected to know how to control and decrease the table size of BC_MSG_LOG.
