3589629 - Web Dynpro Java Application Error: Browser/Program Not Supported Post Upgrade

Symptom

  • After an upgrade of Web Dynpro for Java patch, an error occurs while trying to access the NetWeaver Administrator (NWA) portal.
  • The error message displayed is "Sorry, your browser/program is not supported by Web Dynpro!".
  • This issue is observed across all browsers.
