3589635 - Operations, such as DMO and SGEN are running slowly on an application server(AAS) hosted in a remote data center

Symptom

A new application server(AAS) is installed in a remote data center, the reason could be the preparation for DMO move to SAP S/4HANA (on hyperscaler) (DMOVE2S4).

Operations, such as DMO process and SGEN are experiencing slow performance on the new AAS.
