3589649 - Pop up window displays when hovering over rating selection in stack ranker

When the rating scale has over 7 values, the rating selection in the stack ranker is displayed as a dropdown. A pop-up window displays when hovering over the rating.

For 360 forms:

1. Open a 360 form
2. Go to the attribute section (competency/skill section)
3. Click on "team rater"
4. When the rating scale has over 7 values, the rating selection in the stack ranker is displayed as a dropdown. 
5. Hover the mouse over a score.
6. A pop up window displays.

For performance forms；

1. Go to team overview
2. find the form that needs to be rated via stack ranker/team rater
3. Click on "team rater"
4. When the rating scale has over 7 values, the rating selection in the stack ranker is displayed as a dropdown. 
5. Hover the mouse over a score.
6. A pop up window displays.

This is the current system behavior. When the rating scale exceeds 7, the rating selection in the stack ranker displays as a dropdown menu. A pop-up window appears when hovering over the rating.

Workaround

• For performance forms, enable the latest stack ranker and the pop up issue will not appear: go to Performance Management Feature Settings > Select Enable the latest version of Stack Ranker for Performance Management.
• For 360 forms, the latest stack ranker is planned to be delivered in 2605 release.
