3589748 - SQL error at CATS transfer to PM or PS

Symptom

When performing a CATS transfer to the target application PM or PS, in the protocol there is an error "SQL error SQL code: 133". In transaction ST22 there is a corresponding dump with runtime error DBSQL_SQL_ERROR and exception CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB in function READ_NRIV for number range object RF_BELEG.
