- When creating checklists with attachments (such as pictures) in SAP Field Service Management, the PDF and all attachments within the PDF are transferred to SAP as documents.
- When the PDF is deleted in SAP Field Service Management, the PDF is deleted in SAP but the attachments remain.
- This leads to the existence of attachments that are no longer valid for the order, which can confuse users.
