How long we will be able to access case data once a case is closed in SAP Process Governance?
Cause
Resolution
Once a case in SAP Process Governance is closed, the system does not delete the case. There is no automated retention period for deleting cases in Process Governance. The closed cases will remain in the workspace unless manually deleted.
