SSI temporarily stores user identification data (SAP Employee ID, email), configuration settings, synchronization metadata (record IDs, timestamps), and operational logs. No customer data (e.g., emails, contacts, calendar events) is stored on the Revenue Grid side—only metadata necessary for synchronization.
