Symptom
- A business rule was created to assign English UK locale and date format to an email template in Admin Center > Email Services, with the expectation that the date would be in format: DD/MM/YYYY
- However the date is still appearing in format: MM/DD/YYYY
Environment

Reproducing the Issue
- Create a business rule to assign UK locale
- Save the rule in Admin Center > Email Services > Email Template
- Trigger the email
- The email notification has a date with the wrong format: MM/DD/YYYY, instead than: DD/MM/YYYY
Cause
Incorrect Locale Code, the business rule is set to assign the locale "en_UK".
Resolution
- The correct Locale Code for Language: English UK is "en_GB"
- Modify the business rule to set the locale "en_GB"
- Re-save the rule in Email Services > Email Template
- Trigger the email again
