Symptom

Customers integrating SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) with Zendesk may experience CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) errors in the browser console. These errors prevent API calls from being completed, affecting the integration’s functionality.

Common error messages seen in the browser console:

  • No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
