3589970 - Performance Form does not open in Debug language

Error while opening the performance form in Debug language, despite having translations in debug language for their competencies.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Change the Instance language to Debug
2. Navigate to performance inbox and click on Performance form when competencies are involved
3. The  900-001-06 error appears
