3589991 - Incorrect INSEE Code in Job Posting with Job Board : APEC - Recruiting Posting

Symptom

 

The issue occurs when posting a job in APEC, where the location code does not match the correct INSEE code.

The city field in the job posting currently displays "Vire".

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

Cause

• The root cause is an incorrect mapping between the location "Vire" and the INSEE code.

• The system is using the city name "Vire", which does not match the correct INSEE code associated with "Vire Normandie."  

 

Resolution

To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Update the location in the job posting to use the correct city name: Vire Normandie.
  2. Ensure that the job board system reflects this change to avoid rejection or errors in posting. 
  3. SAP is working on a permanent fix to ensure the mapping between locations and INSEE codes is up-to-date to prevent future occurrences of this issue.
