3590041 - Header Information Is Merged When Scrolled

The combination of Freeze column + Custom Theme is not working in the OWL view. The column information got mixed.

1. Open the Account OWL view.
2. Scroll the bar to the right side and observe the header of the columns.
3. The header information is now mixed.

In this particular scenario the custom theme, value of "Column Header Background Color" is set to rgba(17,25,96, 0.05) where the alpha is set to 0.05. Which means there is some amount of transparency set, for the same reason the Header information is merged when scrolled.

In order to fix that, use hexadecimal values for color, for e.g. #F3F2F7
