3590075 - Error: "Unable to create New private Supplier" - my purchase order is not sent to the supplier on the network

I am unable to send a Purchase Order (PO) to my supplier on the network and receive the following error:

Unable to create New private Supplier Please contact support with the Error Reference Number: ANERR--1 for more details

This issue is isolated to a specific PO. All other POs sent to the same supplier are successful.
