Symptom
Administrators need to secure integration data transfers by either encrypting outbound files (downloads) or decrypting inbound files (uploads) using Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) keys. This process is required to ensure data confidentiality when exchanging information between SAP Fieldglass and external SFTP servers or third-party applications.
