You are looking for a Data Source that will show attachments for Accounts.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Business Analytics.
2. Go to Design Data Sources view.
3. Search for an Account Data Source that displays attachments.

Feature is not currently available for Accounts data sources.

There are only such data sources for Visits, Survey Answers and Perfect Store Visits.
