Symptom
When using an ODP (Operational Data Provisioning) source in a Replication Flow within SAP Datasphere, the configured delta load interval (e.g., 1 hour) is not respected.
Environment
- SAP Datasphere
Reproducing the Issue
- Create a Replication Flow in SAP Datasphere using an ODP-based source.
- Set delta load interval (e.g., every 1 hour).
- Monitor the flow execution over time.
- Observe that the delta load interval is ignored.
Cause
This issue is due to a known limitation.
SAP Datasphere does not support interval-based scheduling for ODP-sourced Replication Flows.
Resolution
SAP Datasphere Delta load interval is not supported with Operational Data Provisioning (ODP) objects.
If interval-based control is required, explore alternative data sources.
