3590272 - HTTP sender response behavior explanation when IFlow contain splitter step

Symptom

In an integration flow composed of an HTTP sender adapter, a splitter, and an HTTP receiver adapter, 
failure on the HTTP receiver adapter side may prevent the sender from accurately receiving the HTTP error message.

For instance, in the setup: HTTP sender adapter -> content modifier -> splitter -> HTTP receiver adapter
If the HTTP receiver adapter encounters an error, such as a 404, the sender (which makes the call to the CPI endpoint) will receive the payload after content modifier step, instead of the actual 404 error response.
