Symptom

  • Unable to logon CMC after changing Host Identifiers from auto assign to a hostname or IP address in CMS Properties, below error is encountered:

    • Error: Could not reach CMS 'hostname:6400'. Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues. (FWM 20030)

  • Need to revert the change of Host Identifiers back to auto assign.
