3590451 - Absence of Feature FTGL_SDACMONITOR in Scope Item 73P

In the step 2.4 "Activate Features" of the setup instructions of scope item 73P, the feature ID FTGL_SDACMONITOR cannot be found in the system for activation.

The feature ID FTGL_SDACMONITOR has been deleted. The manual feature activation is no longer necessary.
