3590461 - Day 1 Location task is missing - Onboarding

Symptom

User is unable to view the Day 1 Location task on Onboarding process.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Onboarding dashboard
  2. When viewing a new hire's onboarding, the user does not see the Day 1 Location task

Cause

The "Where to go" permission is missing.

Resolution

The missing permission "Where to go" needs to be granted to the user.

Make sure to check what is the task name to grant proper permission.
