Symptom

  • After updating to SAP Build WorkZone standard edition SAP UI5 Version 1.134.0, cross application links do not activate.
  • The issue is observed in the standard apps where the hyperlinks do not function as expected.
  • The error message observed is "Service request for sap.ushell.services.CrossApplicationNavigation.getPrimaryIntent (SAPUI5_APPRUNTIME_MSGID_155) failed. - TypeError: Cannot convert undefined or null to object sap.ushell.components.applicationIntegration.PostMessageManagerobject"
