3590470 - Unable to Delete Additional Customer in the Business Partner

When attempting to delete an additional customer in the Manage Customer Master Data app, the system displays the following error: "Data cannot be deleted since deletion is disabled."

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to 'Manage Customer Master Data' app
2. Open the Business Partner
3. Navigate to Additional Customers under Basic Data tab
4. Attempt to delete the additional customer
5. An error message "Data cannot be deleted since deletion is disabled" appears

The additional customer is associated with the Business Partner, and as such, it cannot be removed directly.

The additional customer needs to be blocked and archived. To do this, use the "Block Master Data - Customer/Supplier" app to block the customer, then archive the additional customer once it’s blocked. The procedure for blocking the additional customer is the same as for any other customer.
