3590596 - "Enter a Purchasing Organization" error during Maintenance Task List migration

Symptom

Maintenance task lists are migrated via Migrate Your Data (F3473) application. During the migration an "Enter a Purchasing Organization" (Message class 06, number 461) error is raised. This error was unexpected, because in SAP GUI transactions like IA05 , it is possible to create a task list using the same data defined in the migration template.
