Symptom
You have added extension fields (i.e., custom fields) in Step 1 of the Move-in Process screen. When navigating to the Step 1 of the Move-in Process you input values into these fields before proceeding to Step 2. However, upon navigating back to the Step 1 using the Previous button, the values in the extension fields are lost, while the values in standard fields remain intact.
